It is handy to use 'Departments' if you have stock which is 'To Clear' or only mentioned in one catalogue or was added to the product line in a particular year / this year etc.If your products(/supplier/customers) are already on a digital or computer list and you can convert them to 'Comma Separated'(csv) you can then import the whole lot at the click of a button or two. Excel seems to be the easiest to use to convert to a csv file.
